Limited Company A limited company is considered a separate legal person from yourself (or other shareholders).
Because of certain advantages, the legal requirements are more stringent than the sole trader and partnerships forms. You are also required to:
File your company's Memorandum and Articles of asociation;
Give details of the company's directors, company secretary and members; and
Have a registered office.
